When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name or website and your message. We only use this data to respond to your enquiry and schedule an introduction. Your message is stored in a secure spreadsheet in our Google account (Google Ireland Ltd.) and sent to our mailbox at the same time. If that fails, the message is forwarded to our mailbox via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as a backup.
Messages in the spreadsheet are deleted automatically after 12 months. We also do not keep your data longer than necessary: if you do not become a tenant, we delete it no later than one year after our last contact.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we only use your data to answer your question.
Only with your permission do we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use this data for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The font of this website (Lato) is hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google or other parties for this.
