Who rents a workspace here

Independent entrepreneurs with a scalable business, who keep each other sharp and want to grow together.

The tenants

Own business, shared ambition

In this office space, independent entrepreneurs rent a dedicated desk for their daily work.

Every tenant runs their own business. There is no employment or formal partnership, just a shared workplace in a calm, professional environment.

What connects us: the need for focus, structure and a place outside the home to work well. And the ambition to build a business that can grow. Independent when needed, with the option to exchange ideas with someone who understands what you're working on.

How can Frans help you?

I'm happy to think along about:

  • concept development and product ideas
  • setting up and scaling (online) business models
  • marketing, positioning and partnerships
  • working and doing business in the Netherlands and Spain

How can you help Frans?

I'm not a natural salesperson. If you have experience in sales and want to share tips and tricks, I'd love to hear from you.
